Park on a horizontal surface. Get tire iron out. If needed, remove hubcap. Break loose but don't remove the wheel nuts. Tighten hand brake, put car in gear. Get the jack out. Position jack under car at the appropriate place. Jack car up, undo the wheel nuts all the way. Pull wheel off. Roll current wheel aside. Install spare wheel, tighten nuts lightly. Lower car to ground. Do up wheel nuts tight. Pack away tire iron, jack etc and drive.
