To activate the rear window windshield wiper on a Saturn Vue, locate the wiper control stalk, which is usually mounted on the right side of the steering wheel. Turn the stalk to the "On" position or press the button designated for the rear wiper. If your model has intermittent settings, you can adjust the speed accordingly. For a quick wash, you can typically pull or push the stalk, depending on the model.
On most Escape, there is a small wheel below the main windshield wiper knob. It should have settings 0,1, and 2, along with a spray setting.

To replace the windshield wiper arm spring on a 2004 Saturn, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield to access the spring mechanism. Carefully remove the wiper arm by loosening the nut that holds it in place, then lift it off the pivot. Replace the old spring with the new one, ensuring it is properly seated in the wiper arm. The rear window wiper fluid comes from the windshield wiper fluid tank in the engine compartment on a 2001 Ford Escape
In a 1994 Saturn SL1, the windshield wiper motor is located under the hood, mounted on the driver's side of the vehicle. It is positioned near the base of the windshield, attached to the wiper linkage. To access it, you may need to remove the plastic cover that protects the wiper assembly. Once the cover is off, the motor can be easily identified and accessed for repairs or replacement.
