There is no adjusting these clutches. It uses a hydraulic system to push on the clutch. If you are having problems either there is a problem with the clutch assembly. Its worn out and slipping. Or the clutch slave or master cylinder is leaking, either internally or externally and its not pushing the clutch. If somthing is wrong with the clutch then you might as well buy a kit and replace everything as long as you are going to have the transmission out.
The slave and master cylinders should also be replaced with a complete kit. It also saves on not having to bleed the system since the kit is fully assembled and has fluid in it already.
To adjust the clutch on a 1999 Saturn SC-1, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is off. Locate the clutch master cylinder, typically found near the brake master cylinder, and check the fluid level. If needed, adjust the clutch pedal free play by turning the adjustment nut on the clutch pedal linkage until you achieve approximately 1 to 1.5 inches of free play. Finally, test the clutch engagement by pressing the pedal and ensuring smooth operation.
You cannot adjust the clutch on the s-series.
The clutch pedal cannot be adjusted
S-series use self adjusting clutch hydraulics. You cannot adjust them
If you are removing the clutch it is located between the engine and transmissio so one or the other will have to be removed.
The 1993 Saturn used a self adjusting hydraulic clutch system on the manual transmission vehicles. As such, the clutch never needs adjustment. If you're having trouble with the clutch, it is most likely because of a worn or damaged clutch assembly.
You can not adjust the tone of the factory horn. You must replace the horn to get a different sound.
All vehicles without a distributor (which Saturn sc is one)can not have there timing adjusted(done by the computer).
I have been told that the 1997 SL2 has no clutch adjustment. It is self adjusting until it can't adjust further, then it needs replacing. This info comes from a trusted mechanic.

The clutch on a Saturn is not adjustable. If your having problems with the clutch, first thing you should do is check the fluid level. there is a small resiorvior located to the right of your brake master cylinder, on the firewall. If the unit is full, you may need to replace your clutch.
you dont it is a sealed hydraulic system the only thing you can adjust is the pedal travel inside the passenger comparptment
