Neither of these two sensors should need alignment. Their mounts ( usually a hole in the block for the crank sensor and one in the valve cover for the cam sensor ) should hold them in place. They are magnetic and sense the movement of the crank and cam because of raised areas of somekind that move with the crank and cam respectively. It is a good idea to make sure the clearance between the raised areas are within tolerances. To do this you'll need a manual on your specific vehicle. The tolerance on the crank sensor is measured by removing it and making sure it is as long as your manual tells you it should be and doesn't have a damged end. The cam sensor tolerance can usually be measured the same way.
