Route new brake line same way old one was
Connect both ends
Bleed the wheel cylinder on that line

That line runs from the clutch master cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder. It's not a brake line altough it derives it's fluid from the brake reservoir. You could get it from the dealer or pick it yourself at a salvage yard.
You add brake fluid to the mastercylinder that is under the hood on the drivers side on the firewall close to the hood hinge. It will have a top that snaps off and it should have a line in it that will let you know when it's full.
