With extreme difficulty, it will most likely cut your hand or give some kind of injury, terrible design and it's an awful car, worst I've driven, a daewoo is much better believe it or not
Yes.
Gen 1 or 2? With the drivers side you will have to remove the battery and then the nuts to the lights, disconnect the wiring and remove.
- On the 4th Gen F bodies, Crawl under the car, where the turn signal is out- unscrew the 2 screws holding the bulb in and pull down the flap. Then remove the bulb and install in reverse order. Fogs can be changed from here as well. - You can also access the blinker bulbs through the headlights. Just flip headlights open but do not turn on. Once headlight is open you can unscrew and remove casing around the headlamp. You will be able to see both the blinker bulb and the fog bulb. This leaves you plenty of room to change bulbs.
I can't help much with the Gen I Solara but on the Gen II (2004 and later) all you have to do is push back the tab on the lens (frame) covering the bulb and lift the lens away. Then turn the bulb about a quarter turn to the left and pull out. Installing the new bulb is the reverse except the lens should simply snap into place. Gen I may be something similar or might require a screwdriver. Either way a close look should produce the answer. BTW, on the Gen II there are two bulbs. Replace both at the same time if one is burned out. The replacement bulb number is shown in your owner's manual. Cheers
The thermostat in a Proton Gen 2 is typically located at the front of the engine, near the top, underneath the thermostat housing. This housing is connected to the upper radiator hose. It is important to consult your vehicle's manual or seek professional help when working on the thermostat.
is this a 3rd gen or a 2nd gen??? if its a 3rd gen the coolant reservoir is on the same side of the car as the turbos are located, underneather the main headlight. believe its a similar location on 2nd gens. cheers.
To fit a Proton Gen 2 door handle, first remove the old door handle by unscrewing it from the door panel. Then, align the new door handle with the screw holes on the door panel and screw it in securely. Test the new door handle to ensure it functions properly before reassembling the door panel.
Hydrogen has a loose electron and proton, meaning they are not bound together. As a result, the electrical conductivity of hydrogen is considered quite high.
to change the front ends you need fenders bumper lights hood and a good idea of what your doing and that you have no need to change your 7th gen front end to an 8th gen
For manual transmission it's 950rpm and for Automatic it's 1050rpm This all been done with air cond etc off
To reset your Proton Gen-2 remote key, you can try replacing the battery and then programming the key fob following the manufacturer's instructions. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact a dealership or a locksmith specializing in automotive key fob programming for further assistance.
If you are looking for the 3rd gen they are two blue loops of wire on the harness that is just below the master cylinder on the wheel well.
