Ok, take off the Manifold carefully writing down your step in case you forget after you replace them. You'll find the other three plugs under. The front three are under the panel that faces you when you are in front of the car with the hood up. There will be 8 nut/screws holding it in.
the 1991 3000gt are dohc. it comes stock with 222hp. they also made sohc but that wasn't until later generations of the 3000gt's. The 1991 dodge stealths came in sohc, compared to the 91 3000gt's dohc. either way, with minor adjustments, it will fit from sohc to dohc.
Pull off the upper intake plenum and you will have access to the plugs and wires.
If your Diamante is the Dohc 6 cyl. motor in it then you have to remove the entire intake manifold to replace the back 3 plugs I did it in about 4 hours with not many tools and I am a female. So it can be done.

I have a '98 Kia with the DOHC engine. There are two plugs and two wires located under a plate on the very top on the engine. Take out 6 or 8 screws to open it up and the plugs and wires are accessible. I HAVE A 1999 KIA AND THE SPARK PLUGS ARE UNDER THE LITTLE PLASTIC COVER ON TOP OF THE ENGINE AND UNDER THERE ARE TWO "JELLO" MOLDS AND TWO RUBBER COVERS. THERE ARE SPARK PLUGS UNDER THE RUBBER COVERS AND UNDER THE "JELLO" MOLDS. AFTER FINDING THEM THEY WEREN'T HARD TO CHANGE. =Answer= Same as above, except when you go to change the plugs you will need an long extension for your socket. Make sure that the socket is a regular spark plug socket with the rubber insert or it will be difficult to extract the spark plug from the housing. Assembly is the reverse of disassembly
