As I understand it, the Tundra does not have a replaceable fuel filter. There is a filter hidden in the fuel line inside of the frame, but it is not meant to be changed. Call you local Toyota dealer to verify this. Actually, I just took my 04 Tundra in for the recall ball joint replacements and the mechanic recommended I change the fuel filter. After following the fuel line from the gas tank, the filter appears to be alongside the frame below the driver's door (under the vehicle). It appears fairly simple to change. Good luck!
