The radiator can be drained by removing the lower hose clamp and catching the coolant in a large pan. There isn't much of an easier way to do it.
Be careful to open the metal clamp carefully, as you will have to reuse the clamp (or you can remove that expandable metal clamp and replace it with a 'screw' clamp that would make this process easier in the future.

First check your coolant level,then change your "ect" engine coolant temp sensor.If that fails change your therostat and coolant.
The only way to drain all the coolant is to unhook the bottom radiator hose. The radiator does NOT have a drain vale.
