looking for the amswer myself...............hmm Ok this is a fairly difficult job, probably best left to a garage with the equipment, but i will talk you through it... First, remove the hub assembly complete, i.e undo the driveshaft nut, pop out the bottom balljoint and track rod end and remove the shock, brake caliper and pad carrier. Next you need to press out the hub from the wheel bearing, care must be taken not to damage the bearing whilst doing this, you will find due to the fact that the bearing is tapered that on half will remain on the hub, this is ok, but you must ensure that the bearing doesnt pick up any grit, otherwise it will fail. Once your got it way you can undo the four bolts and swap the disc, make sure all mating surfaces are free from rust and torque the bolts evenly. Put everything back together, be especially careful pressing the hub back into the bearing, I use a large socket to support the inner race whilst tapping down on the hub.
