Take the front wheel and tire off after you have the front end jacked up. Then you will wanna look at the brake caliper that is holding the brake pads, which you will see two bolts at the top running through. Take those bolts out and the caliper will come off and then you just pull out the brake pads and make sure to use a c clamp to push the brake cylinder back in so you can put the new pads in then just put that caliper back on and tighten those two bolts and put the wheel and tire back on. Make sure you pump the brakes before you start to drive the truck so the pads are back where they need to be close to the brake rotor.
Take it to a brake shop. If you have to ask you aren't qualified to do it.
