Mix baking soda and water pour a bit on to neutralize the acid, use an old tooth brush to scrub it away. Be careful around active battery terminals.
Also you may need a new battery if acid corrosion continues to form.

The Alternator might be bad. Make sure the battery terminals are clean, and the wires are good. If you still have a problem check the fuses.
