You connect the batteries in series
Red charger lead to one red battery terminal, then the black battery terminal of that battery to the red battery terminal of the second battery. Then black battery terminal of the second battery to the black lead of the charger.
If you have two 6 volt batteries you can take a jumper wire and connect the negative post on one battery to the positive post on the other battery then connect the remaining pos and neg posts to the 12 volt battery charger.
You would need a 24 volt charger. Connect them in parallel and you can charge them both with a 12 volt charger. Or disconnect them and charge each one separately.
No you cannot.
Two six volt batteries in series makes 12 volts so switch the charger to the 12 volt position.
If the charger is a 12 volt DC machine, connect the leads to the two battery terminals that the load is taken from. Take care to note the polarity of the leads to the polarity of the battery terminals. There will be a short jumper cable between the two six volt batteries. The charger leads go on the opposite terminals of the two batteries that the jumper is connected to.
you only need two 12 volt batteries to make 24 volt. connect them in series
Remove any wiring from batteries, connect positive post of one battery to the negative post on the other battery. You now have a 12 volt battery system. Connect your charger to to unused positive and negative posts and they will charge as a 12 volt battery. Need more help contact me through my board and I will try to help
Yes you sure can.

Connect two 6 volt batteries in series. Connect the other two 6 volt batteries in series. Now connect those 2 pairs you have together in parallel. You will end up with 12 volts.
You will need two 6 volt batteries to do this. Attach a jumper wire from the negative post on one battery to the positive post on the other. Connect the remaining pos and neg posts to the battery charger.
Assuming the truck has a 12 volt system, connect the batteries in parallel, that is positive to positive and negative to negative.
