Take your car into a shop that does radiator flushes or buy a radiator flush kit from autozone or advanced auto stores you just need the cleaner and a hose
u need to take both the radiator hoses off the radiator and take a water hose to the top inlet. leave the cap on it. and let water run through it to flush it out.
It is near to where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine.
In order to flush the radiator you will need to remove the lower tray to access the hose. Unscrew the drain plug attached to the hose and let the radiator drain.
It is on the radiator side of the engine, under the motor mount.
It is on the lower passenger side of the radiator. Very tough to get to.
To flush the radiator on a 2002 Nissan Frontier Crewcab, start by ensuring the engine is cool and then remove the radiator cap. Place a drain pan under the radiator, open the drain valve, and allow the old coolant to fully drain out. Next, fill the radiator with a mixture of water and radiator flush solution, run the engine for about 10-15 minutes, and then drain again. Finally, refill the radiator with the appropriate coolant mixture and check for leaks.

To flush the radiator on a 2002 Mercury Cougar, first ensure the engine is cool and then remove the radiator cap. The thermostat is under the housing that the lower radiator hose hooks to on the engine.
There isn't one. To flush my radiator in my 2000 I had to take off the lower rad hose.
