This pan is located on the bottom of the transmission secured by twenty or so 10mm bolts. You will need a new gasket and seven quarts of GM approved automatic Transmission Fluid. While you are there,you may as well replace the transmission filter as well.The filter "kit" comes with a new gasket and can be purchased for around twenty dollars at any auto parts store.
