How do you find the horn and replace it on a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan?

Just a guess that your horn in not working. Is your AIRBAG light also on? If so change the clockspring. It runs about $60 at a parts house and takes about 1 1/2 to change out. You will need a steering wheel puller to do it yourself. Make sure you disconect the battery and pull the air bag fuses in the fuse relay center under the hood. After changing the part on my 96 Grand Caravan the AIRBAG light went out and the horn works every time. This can be fixed under recall at a dealer for no charge depending on the mileage.
