First make sure it is the fuse that's gone! There are loads of reasons why the washers are apparently not working. Check the hoses (water tubes) are not frozen, blocked or even detached. You haven't run out of washer fluid have you? Listen for the sound of the pump; if you can hear it, then the fuse isn't the problem. If there's no sound and the hoses are OK, it could well be the fuse. Look in the vehicle's handbook for the location of the fuse. In my Peugeot 307 it was under the bonnet. Once I'd found out which fuse it was, it took about 2 mins to replace the blown one with the spare that Peugeot had kindly supplied in the glove box! If you replace the fuse and there's still no joy, it could be the pump that's died. Apparently, replacements can be obtained cheaply from breakers' yards. Good luck!
