The turbo air hose on a 2003 Ford Super Duty may keep blowing off due to several reasons, including worn or damaged clamps that fail to secure the hose properly, excessive boost pressure from a malfunctioning turbo or wastegate, or a cracked or damaged hose itself. Additionally, improper installation or misalignment of the hose can contribute to the issue. It's important to inspect these components for wear and ensure they are functioning correctly to prevent further issues.
