You have to take out the battery. then slide the spark units (two black rectangle boxes) out of the back side of the battery box. Remove the battery box. On my magna v30 there were two nuts securing fuel pump bracket. By this time you should be able to see the fuel filter cover its a flexiable rubber piece. Disconnect the fuel line connecting the fuel pump and fuel filter. I only disconnected the one going to the fuel filter. Make sure you empty the fuel before doing any of this. Disconnect the fuel line coming from fuel filter and going to the fuel valve. I just disconnected the end that was going to the fuel valve. You should be able to remove the filter by this time
