There is a cap that looks like the top of a cap screw, but it is a plug, not a bolt.
If you remove the plug, you then put a 4mm hex wrench into the hole to back off the caliper (this is how the parking brake is adjusted). The cap is on the back of the caliper.
When you put the new pads in, you tighten up the caliper with that same 4mm
hex wrench, and back it off until the wheel turns freely.
