To line up the timing for a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, first ensure the engine is at top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke for cylinder one. Remove the distributor cap and check that the rotor is pointing to the correct terminal for cylinder one. Adjust the timing by loosening the distributor hold-down bolt and rotating the distributor until the timing mark aligns with the specified degree on the crankshaft pulley. Finally, tighten the distributor bolt and recheck the timing to ensure it remains in place.
Probably a bad head gasket.
It's in the gas tank, the tank has to come down to change it.
It is under the hood just above the battery pluged into a plastic protector on the drivers side fender.
turn key/ignition half way wait 5 seconds listen for a click
I'm not exactly sure for a '94 but on a '93 there is no fuse. It is one of a group of fuzable links located behind the battery.

The timing marks on a 93 Dodge Colt with a 1.5 liter engine are located on the timing chain and the cam sprocket. They must line up with each other to ensure proper initial timing.

If any fluid except for the correct transmission fluid is put into the transmission of a car, it will eventually fail. If this happens, a person must flush the transmission of the car.
