Recently i had the same problem when my 2006 BMW 320i's battery went dead and everythng seemed locked, even the key got stuck and i had to pull it out forcefully. To open the boot you have to charge the battery, now you must be thinking thay battery itself is located in the boot. Right ? Still you can charge the battery from the bonet(hood) of the car. you can open it coz it can be opened manually. now on the middle left side of the hood, you can see a metal plate with a red cover on it. Connect the positive wire of your other charged battery with it, and connect the negative terminal with any of the screws you can find near that postive wire on the hood. Now try to start the car and once it gets started, open the boot of your car and try to replace the battery because it may happen again.
Hope it may solve your problem.

If you can't open your car boot with the remote, it could be due to a dead battery in the key fob, a blown fuse, or an issue with the car's central locking system. Additionally, there might be a mechanical problem with the boot latch itself. It's also possible that the boot release feature is disabled or malfunctioning. Checking these components or consulting a professional may help resolve the issue.
The hood should still open when the battery is dead
manually: insert key, turn, lift boot. voila :)
It's in the boot, or trunk if your in the USA. If the battery is flat, then you need to open the boot with the ignition key - look between the X and the K on the rear badge.
To unlock a jammed boot on an X-Type Jaguar, first, ensure the vehicle's battery is charged, as a dead battery can prevent the boot from opening. Use the key fob or the interior boot release button to attempt to open it. If that fails, you can access the boot via the rear seats by folding them down and manually releasing the lock mechanism. If the issue persists, consider consulting a professional for further assistance.
To open the boot of a 1997 Jaguar XJ8 with a flat battery, you can use the manual key entry. Locate the keyhole on the boot lid, insert the key, and turn it to unlock the boot. If the keyhole is not accessible or the mechanism is jammed, you may need to access the rear seat area and release the boot latch manually from inside.
With your key.
To open the boot of an XJ8 with a flat battery, you can use the manual key entry. Look for a small keyhole on the boot lid or near the license plate area, insert the key, and turn it to unlock. Alternatively, if you have access to the rear seat, you may be able to fold them down and reach the boot release mechanism from inside the car.
How do you open the trunk in a 2010 toyota Pirus if dead battry
This is a really good question. If your battery is dead your key won't open the trunk (or boot, in your case) to get at the battery to replace it. The Mercedes Benz key not only has buttons but it has a metal key in the base. There is a hole in it for the key ring, if you use a key ring, and a slide that allows the metal key to come out. This key is supposed to be able to open the boot (or trunk, in my case.) I say 'supposed to' because not a few folks report difficulty with using this key. Another option is to purchase the proper battery for your car and hook it up to your electrical system. You can do this under the hood (bonnet) at a special red (positive) terminal that is available to you. Attach the negative terminal of the battery to the frame and the positive terminal to this special access point. Your key should then open the boot as normal.
Use the key
