Hard to open a glove box that doesn't exist. because the mk3 jetta doesn't come with a glove box.
It's behind the glove box. The glove box has to be removed.
All you have to do is, When the glove box is open just open it again when it's closed. hope this helps.
On my '95, you open the passenger door and look at the outward side of the dash. There is a panel there with the fuses under it. Cindy my 1990 cutlass fuse box is in the left side of the glove box
