You go into the boiler room and then you go to the fuse box and on the inside you will read the directions , then you figre it out.

From what I have read it is your under the hood fuse box. Pretty sure if it needs to be replaced you will have to replace the whole fuse box...
If I read correctly from my A4 (model 2002) handbook, it is number 36. 30 Amp fuse needed.
I found a fuse box diagram for 91-94 Ford rangers on Autozone.com, small print and hard to read though.
Unplugging the system from the fuse box should reset the display. If this doesn't help then reset the fuse in the fuse box.

I've read that there is no fuse--the windows are "controlled" by a circuit breaker next to the fuse box to the left of the sterring wheel.

The descriptions for interior fuse box are located on the left side of the legroom (pillar) below fuse box itself. Sticker is clear vinyl so it's hard to read - get a lamp.
