Assuming that you mean "wiper blade" (blade and frame) which are replaced often rather than "wiper arm" (piece from the spindle at the hood to the wiper blade) which are rarely ever replaced, the Ford Transit Connect has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See the Sources and Related Links section below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

The motor is located under the cowling, under the wiper arm on the driver's side. 1. Disconnect the battery negative lead. 2. Use a wiper arm removal tool (similar to a gear puller) to remove the drivers side wiper arm. 3. Remove a 8-10 8mm (i think) screws that secure the cowling & remove it to expose the motor. 4. Unplug the the 3-wire connector: squeeze downward on the top part and pull out toward the drivers side. 4. The motor is heavy so support it when you remove 3 bolts that hold the motor to the firewall.
