I have just done this. First remove the two screws securing the front grille. Undo the top screw (on the wing) then undo the second screw (just behind the grille..thats why it was easier to remove it.) Then you will notice that there is a dial type button behind this screw with 'open' & 'close' on. Turn to open ( this then disengages a bracket holding the bottom of the headlamp. This is the bracket that may people break because they try and force the headlight out before releasing this bracket. You can now pull the headlamp forward which enables you to disconnet the multiplug and drainage tube. Replacing is the reverse of this. Be very careful with all the clips and brackets because they become brittle with age and break easily. Good luck!!

Remove the plastic cover from the puma handbrake. There is an adjustment nut under the cover that tightens up the brake.

you need to remove grille first before you can remove headlights and then there are four bolts to remove headlights it takes about one hour to do this job and have fun.
YOu pull on it until it comes of or with a screwdriver.

The grill has to be removed. The owners manual tells how to remove it. Actually quite simple.
