A crank removal tool or a pair of needle nosed pliers. if you push in panel, you will see a "C" shaped clip on shaft. Push both ends of the "C" simultaneous & it will fly off.

first you must remove the door handel (two +screws). then remove the pop lock (unscrew) now for the hard bit the window winder if manual using a flat bladed screwdriver work it behind the winder handel you will see a metal wire clip push that off remove the handel then pop off the door pannel lifting upwards then remove the pannel and that's it refitting as reversal. An easy way to get the door crank clip off is to slip a piece of cloth behind it and kinda shimmy it around. The clip should catch and pop off. Dont lose it!
