Remove 4 mounting bolts on the airbox, and pull airbox against rear of motorcycle as far as you can. Remove throttle cable and choke cable connected to carb, no tools needed there. Disconnect gas line and 2 vent tubes. Now you should be able to disconnect carb from airbox on one side and from engine on the other side.
