Try using a filter wrench. If that does not work drive a large screwdriver through the filter and take it off that way turning counterclockwise. If that does not work, use a chisel to cut it off, being very careful not to damage the mounting surface or threaded stud on the engine block.
double gasketed or over tightened oil filter, over tightened or stripped drain plug
Either the oil filter was not tightened enough, or it was over-tightened and the seal ruptured.
This could be caused by the use of the wrong-size filter, by not tightening the filter enough, or by having debris which break the seal between the oil line and the filter. Can also be you did not apply oil to the filter gasket. Can also be over-tightened the filter. Should be tightened 3/4 turn after making contact with the mounting surface.
Unscrew it....? If it's over-tightened, might haffta get a strap wrench, or go to an oil change place, and let them mess with it.
It has a filter in the cylinder head. remove the valve cover and you will see the oil screen over the return hole
Oil filters are not torqued, just hand tightened.

The Oil Filter on this car is what is called a "clip-in" filter the way you remove it is to simply have the correct sized wrench, and remove the Cap and the filter should come with it.
