I just did this last night on mine. There is a plastic cover on the top of the bumper. You have to remove that to get to the bolts underneath it. Its a real pain to remove it without breaking that plastic cover you have to crawl underneath it and squeeze the plastic clips together one at a time. After you remove that, you can remove the bolts under it. There are more in other places, but I forget where, I'd have to go look again.
