You remove the sunroof glass by doing it thru the inside...un-screw those torx bits...I forget what bit size it is...but its a torx. Right after you slide the cloth cover back, look up there and you'll see those screws. I think it's a T-26 torx...but it may not be.
just done one of these. Disconnect battery!!. I'm presuming the sunroof is closed?. If so remove the control panel cover and remove electrical connector to PC board in sunroof control. Now you need to point a hair dryer at all the electrics and dry them out as much as possible. once dry, spray with wd40. now replace connector and reconnect battery. hopefully sunroof will now work. To prevent further leaks, clean out the sunroof drainer's with 2 meter piece of nett wire and washing up liquid with water. drainer's are located in both front corners of sunroof aperture.
You need to remove the sunroof glass first. There are 6 torx screw that hold it in place. To access them open the roof so the back end is up to expose the "belows". Pull this rubber cover toward you, it will pop off easily exposing the 6 screws. Once the window is removed you can access to cover. If I remember right you may need to remove the upper guide track to get the cover out. You just pull if forward out of the window openning.

To install a new cable, grease it, slide the end down the tube until it stops, then press the motor switch and draw the cable into the feeder tube to a length appropriate to match up with the position of the sunroof cable mounting bracket, insert the cable and replace the locking pin.
