First you remove the plastic cover on the wiper arm pivots. Second remove the 15mm nuts on the arms. Third you use a puller to remove arms. Fourth remove 5 screws that are in between the vent ribs of cowl cover. Fifth open hood and remove 4 nuts along inside of cover. Sixth lift cover, gently remove washer fluid hose, and remove cover. Seventh unplug large plug on driver side, and unhook drain tubes on each end. Eighth remove 10mm nuts alnog windshield and remove 13mm bolts inside hte assembly into firewall. Assembly will now be loose and can be removed.
The lens assembly is held in with two screws. Remove those and the lens will pop out.
Its in the front bumper on the passanger side. you will need to remove the passanger front fenderliner and you will see it.
You have to remove the headligth assembly. There are 3 nuts on the back, and 1 bolt on top.
On a 2002 Town & Country with a 3.3 Flex Fuel engine, it's located on the back-side valve cover, just about in the middle -- under the windshield wiper assembly. You can see the hose sticking up and can reach your hand back there to get at it. Some people remove the windshield wiper assembly to gain easy access (and change the rear sparkplugs while you have the assembly out).
Remove the complete wiper assembly from the bottom of the windshield. This will give you room to remove the alternator.
Lift wiper assembly off of windshield into "up" position. Rotate 90 degrees. Pull wiper blade assembly gently toward the windshield. It slips right off. Note: Put protective barrier like cardboard or a towel over windshield in case blade assembly snaps back toward windshield to avoid cracking the windshield.

The drain plug is turned counter clockwise to remove it on a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country.

It is quite easy. 1st remove the windshield wipers. then remove 4 or 5 torx screws that hold the plastic cover on in front of the windshield. once that part is removed, there are about 4 bolts and 4 nuts that hold the windshild wiper tray and mechanism in place. Remove them and disconnect the power/contrl plug and lift off the assembly. The plugs and back of the engine will be accessable.I just did my 99 T&C. Had to remove the wiper motor arm cover assembly just below the windshield, the air intake box, and unbolt and slide aside the air intake manifold-NOT a fun job, so I put in the most expensive plugs-hoping to not do this again for another 50-75,000 miles !!!
