To replace the low beam bulbs in a 1998 Chrysler Town and Country LX minivan, first, open the hood and locate the headlight assembly. Remove the plastic cover or clips on the back of the headlight assembly, then twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it. Replace the old bulb with a new one, ensuring not to touch the glass part with your fingers, as oil can shorten bulb life. Finally, reassemble the headlight assembly and test the new bulbs.
The black knobs pop out. Use a flat head screw driver to pry the knobs out, then the bulbs become accessable. The knobs are just as easily replaced, good luck.[This applies to Chrysler's T&C up to the current models]
