It's pretty simple to replace these truck struts. First, you find the right ones online. Make sure they say they will fit your year Concorde. Don't get the trunk struts for the Dodge Stratus or another car as they will not be long enough. Always replace them in pairs. They will cost about $30 for the pair.
Replacing them you only need a screwdriver and maybe a rubber mallet (I used the palm of my hand). You take the caps off with the screwdriver, and take the worn struts off and recycle them. To get them off you use the mallet or your hand. Hit straight and be careful.
Then, you snap the new ones on the same way. Be careful as the new ones will be very strong and your truck will pop up really fast. This could damage your truck, so use two hands to open it, and let it raise up gently.

if its the same as my 93 Chrysler Concorde its in the trunk, you first have to pull the lining out of the trunk, than it should be right under that on the right side. pretty convenient and genius if i do say myself puting the fuel pump that easy to access.
