Take the old line to the repair shop and buy new, pull the line out of the tank, get the fuel filter out of the tank. Cut the end of the new fuel line to a 45 degree angle and start putting it in the hole in the fuel tank. Grab the line thru the filler neck (use needle nose pliers) and pull about 5-6" of the line thru, cut the 45 degree angle off and make it 90 degrees and attach the fuel filter. Put all the line you pulled thru into the tank. Cut the remainder of the line to length and attach it to the carburetor.

To replace the head on a Husqvarna weedeater, first, ensure the engine is off and remove the spark plug wire for safety. Use a wrench to hold the spindle in place while unscrewing the old head by turning it counterclockwise. Align the new head with the spindle and screw it on clockwise until secure. Finally, reattach the spark plug wire and test the weedeater.
