The rear wiper blade is a Chevrolet-only part so you'll need to go to the dealer to get a replacement (no aftermarket options available to my knowledge). When at the dealer, ask for the replacement procedure.
The front wiper blades ARE available in aftermarket options. See sources and related links below for a list of correct attaching and length wiper blade options.

To replace the wiper blades on a Mazda 626, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Press the tab or button on the wiper blade connector to release the old blade, then slide it off the arm. Align the new wiper blade with the arm, slide it into place until it clicks, and lower the arm back onto the windshield. Repeat the process for the other wiper blade if needed.

There is a tab you pull up on located at the top of the blade. When you pull it up the wiper should be able to slide off the wiper arm pin, replace with a universial blade.
The wiper blade misses the windshield in the middle of the wipe. Is there an adjustment for that ? I have replaced the wiper to no avail.
are you serious... life blade off windshield, unclip plastic fastener off the center of the wiper arm, remove wiper, replace in reverse order.
Turn the wiper switch to the on position. Turn the key on and as soon as the wipers go straight up then turn them off. That will make it easier to remove the blade. Lift the wiper away from the windshield while pulling down. Be sure to not let the wiper fall against the windshield. Push the new one in place and you are done.
To replace the wipers on a 2000 Buick Park Avenue, first lift the wiper arms away from the windshield. Next, locate the release tab on the wiper blade where it connects to the arm, press the tab, and slide the old blade off. Align the new wiper blade with the arm and slide it into place until you hear a click. Finally, gently lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield.
