Chock the opposite side wheels.
Jack up one wheel only.
Take the road wheel off.
Undo the lid of the brake reservoir.
Undo the bolts holding the calliper.
Tie the calliper up on the suspension leg taking care not to bend the pipe.
Remove the rotor (disc) and replace with a new one as the old one will be under size due to normal wear.
Tighten bolts to required toque.
Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir lid but do not remove to keep out dirt etc.
Unplug wear indicator lead if fitted.
Untie the calliper from the suspension.
Remove anti rattle retaining springs and slide out old pads.
Compress piston full back - keeping an eye on the brake fluid level in the reservoir. If it is getting over full remove excess fluid with a clean syringe and dispose of fluid in accordance with local regulations.
Fit the new pads and new anti rattle springs.
Plug in wear indicator leads if fitted.
Slide calliper with new pads fitted over the rotor into place.
Put some copper grease on the calliper bolts and do up to the correct torque.
Refit road wheel and lower the car to the ground.
Repeat for the remaining calliper/s.
When completing last brake check reservoir fluid level to ensure it is correct then tighten lid.
Hint : Only dismantle one calliper at a time as you can then use the other one as a reference should something go amiss.

You do not repair them you replace them.
It would be unusual to have the same brake pads front and back. That is not to say it does not happen but normally the brake pads on the driven wheels are bigger than the passive wheels.
