I had a little trouble changing the filter on my 93 prizm but it not that hard if you have the right tools. you'll need a 5\8 wrench and a wrachet with doble extension and a 5\8 socket. first locate the filter. its in just under the hose that that connects the air filter to the air intake. loosen the upper bolt using the socket and wrachet. set aside the bolt. un-screw the bolts holding the filter to the car wall and turn it over. using the wrench unscrew the bottmom of the filter . instalatin is the reverse procedure. just make sure to mark the upper bolt so you can tell which way the hole inside points so you can aling it with the hose if not fuel will not travel through.
