HI, most local libraries have an online system called AllData. It is what alot of paid Mechanics use to diagnose and fix alot of issues on cars. I have used it for quite a few cars. It takes just a little time to find what your looking for , but it is free of cost to use. It cost 10 cents to print out a page of information.
I am in St.Louis MO and that is what they use here. IT should have most information for your vehicle, including wiring diagrams, error codes , ect.

how to remove power steering pump
Unscrew it and remove it then put on the new one. If you can't get to the ends you may have to renove the p/s fron the engine
the most likely cause of that would be the power steering pump failing.
To replace the ignition switch on a 1995 Buick Riviera, first disconnect the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Remove the steering column covers by unscrewing the screws, then locate the ignition switch, which is typically mounted on the steering column. Disconnect the wiring harness from the old switch and remove it by unscrewing any screws holding it in place. Install the new ignition switch, reconnect the wiring harness, reassemble the steering column covers, and finally reconnect the battery.
