It is located inside the engine bay on the left side next to the front left suspension mounting area infront of the firewall. It is a black plastic thing with a round rubber button. Press it once and this will reset the fuel pump. The Hyundai mechanic showed me this when I bought my car a long time ago. Hope this helps.
