In the Truck (Driver side) pull down your side wall near the tail light. You'll see a emerg. fuel shut off switch. press it. It should rest. If not you can carefully open the unit up, and close the vail your self. Theirs two contacts in side. You want all pins to have contact metal contact. Close it up and install it back to the mounting wall. Now start your engine. Note when the (White push botton is up) the fuel is closed off,(down)fuel is running to the rail (injectors).

If you are talking about the emergency fuel shut-off switch (aka inertia switch). just push in the button on top of the switch.
Check your emergency fuel shutoff. If you've hit a hard bump or run into something, it will activate. You need to push the red button and reset it.
In the passenger footwell , by ( or behind ) the kick panel
Your vehicle has a carburetor so there isn't a reset button for the fuel pump
Try removing the battery cables for a few minutes
Press reset button assembly located in trunk on driver side fender under carpeting
