I have no answer for you but mine does the same thing.
Turn off the radio, depress and hold the on/off button. When the clock flashes the hours release the button. Then press the up or down select arrow to set the correct hour. To change the minutes, press the right direction select arrow then press up or down select arrow to set correct minutes.
Hold the SRC/power button until the radio is off. Then hold the big button until it prompts you. When it says "Clock Set" you hit the select button again and the rest is easy.
