How do you set timing marks v6 Kia Sorento I removed the cover and the cam sprocket both line up to the tabs on the engine how ever I don't see a marker to position the crank to ensure proper timing?

on a Kia sorento 3.5 liter the crank timing mark is on the front of the crank timing gear in is dot shaped punch on the face of the gear with a corresponding mark at 2 oclock on the block clean the gear you should see it
