Open the hood, disconnect the negative battery cable FIRST, then the positive cable, then remove the battery hold down clamp, then lift the battery out. Install in reverse order.
Take out the battery, unbolt and remove the battery tray. This will expose where the ground is. Unbolt that. Replace in reverse order of the above steps.
Try sledgehammering the battery.
