First pop out the cup holder and there should be a screw that needs to be removed. Same goes for the plastic piece indicating Park, Reverse, Drive. There should be a couple right under it. You would also need to remove the shifter knob out of the way by pulling down on the plastic right under where the knob ends and removing 2 screws. Afterwards. The center console should be all on clip-ons and you use a flat-head to pull it off. There are 4 clip-ons I believe on the top portion of the center console molding and a few on the sides... it should come right off. You can pull the whole car stereo out with the A/C unit as they are mounted on a metal mount by removing 4 bolts, 2 on each side holding it in place. Unplug all of the connections and you should be good. If you don't want to remove the A/C unit with the stereo, you can just unscrew the screws holding the stereo to the metal plate on each side of the stereo. Hope this helps
The Lexus SC400 was a fairly popular car when it came out. It has two doors with a sleek car design and a V-8 engine. It was released in 1991 as a 1992 model.
The Lexus sc400 first made its debut in 1991. This car was manufactured in Japan up until 2000. It was honored as the motor trend import car of the year in 1992 for the $400,000,000 in research for its engine.
Anything is possible, but that would take more work than the car would be worth.
The gas filter on the sc400 is located under the car on the driver's side just before the rear wheel. should be a shield covering it.
You have to remove the plastic piece in the inside of the car which will expose the bolts to tighten the mirror
If you have to ask this question, you shouldn't be making performance mods to your car yourself. Take it to a performance shop (a good one, not a cheap shady one) and have them do it.
Yes, if the car was taken care of. Parts are more expensive but if it was maintained well the car will last for 150,000 to 250,000 miles without major repair.
The only legal way to acquire that information would be to obtain the factory service manuals for the car. You might get lucky and find them on eBay (digital versions are not legal version of that manual -- paper only). You can also order them from Lexus through a Lexus dealership for approximately $150.
That should be the factory amp for your car stereo
