swap the relay with another exciting identical relay almost all relays in onne boxed unit are the same rarely different but if the prongs are the same your good put it in and turn the key and see if you here a click or see if your problem is fixed if not look else where you cant really test a relay so to say hope this help
With a fuel pressure gauge connected to the fuel rail.
The fuel pump relay is located on the engine driver's side of the firewall. It is held by a bracket with two other relays-primary and auxiallry fan. The fuel pump relay is between the 2 relays. It should have a test lead extending from the connector.

All the relays are the same. Just swithch it with the fuel pump relay and if the car runs, the relay is good.

A fuel pump pressure test could determine the condition of the fuel pump and fuel system.
Check ground. if that's ok, use a test lite to see if it is hot (hot wire). If it is, pump is shot.
get under the car and have a friend turn the key on and off...dont start the car but listen to the fuel pump it should make noise if it is clicking on...also use a test light to test the relays....could also try juicing the pump, hook up battery pack or jumper cables to wires on pump and see if it cycles
