There are special chip touch up capsules made by Dupli-Color. This is about 1/2 ounce of thick paint in container like lipstick, with a small brush. -Get your vehicle colour off the doorplate, then go to an auto accessory store for the paint. I have used these on 6-8 vehicles and they are really excellent. If you are in Canada, Canadian Tire has them under their brand name.
