The Ford E350 with dual fuel tanks operates by having two separate fuel tanks that supply fuel to the engine. The vehicle typically features a switch that allows the driver to choose which tank to draw fuel from, often indicated by a gauge on the dashboard. When one tank reaches a low fuel level, the driver can switch to the other tank to continue driving without interruption. This setup is particularly useful for extending the vehicle's range between refueling stops.
That depends. I have dual tanks but the sticker under the hood says 38 gallons. I imagine that's for one as I put 35 in one and 33 in the other.
the fuel pumps are in the tanks and there are two of them have fun
It can start with just one battery.
There are 2 tanks and both are 19 gallons.
your guage must be broke unless you didnt put any gasoline in it
They are in the tank. The black box on the driver side frame just before the front tank is the switch for the 2 tanks. the pumps run about $50 ea. But for an easy fix you can pick up a universal in line pump for the price of just one, and place it in the line before the switch and still pull from both tanks use the switch under the dash. I have the 83 Holiday Rambler on a ford e350 with 2 tanks and that's what I did. Works with no problems. Hope this helped, and happy camping.

On the 1987 Ford F150 with dual tanks the fuel filter mounted on the inside of the frame under the cab on the driver's side. Be sure you have the right tools to change the filter, and absolutely use eye protection. There will be fuel leakage, you do not want it in your eye.
