yes but i might be wrong
No. (You could of tested it yourself.)
tested blower,ok. then tested incoming voltage to blower and found to be zero. the final step was to replace the blower switch. To replace that switch, the middle part of the dashboard, including the radio had to be removed. The ac and heater come in one piece. It worked fine then. I think, there is a chance that the switch could be just cleaned up and it would work, again I think.
A switch is tested by using an ohmmeter to check for continuity. It is best to remove the switch from the circuit to be sure you are measuring only the switch. Of course, be sure you have deenergized the power! To determine how the switch should function, you may need a wiring diagram, especially if the switch has more than two terminals. Generally though, you would test for continuity in one position (on) then move the switch and test for no continuity (off). A switch can also be tested live in an energized circuit, but if you're asking this question, this is an advanced method you should not try without some expert supervision. IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. If you do this work yourself, always turn off the power at the breaker box/fuse panel BEFORE you attempt to do any work AND always use a meter or voltage indicatorto insure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.
perhaps you overlooking the switch it self, it may be getting power but is not "transmiting" it.(switch is bad) or the wiring fro the switch to the motor.
If it hasn't been tested at all, chances are it won't work at all and any possible customers will switch to a competitor's product. If you have been reliant on unit testing for making sure your product works, it will probably work for some customers, but eventually hidden bugs and errors will emerge.
yes
Shaula is not a single star, but actually a trinary system (three stars locked in orbit with each other). The primary star of this trinary is a blue sub-giant.

State laws do not speak to how often a person can be randomly drug tested at work. The policy of the company you work for does.
have the ignition switch tested, does the car have a remote solenoid for the stater. you can also try putting vehicle in neutral then try starting it. sometimes this will reset the safety switch check fuses there is a fuse that will stop it starting
A star that is not part of a binary (or trinary) star system. The Sun is also a solitary star.
