Remove the 8 plastic clips that hold down the plastic guard. Pull the centers out of the 8 plastic clips to remove them. Remove plastic guard. Next there are 2 clips that hold the headlight assembly in place. Push inward and pull up on the clips. The inboard clip can be removed completely, the outer clip just needs pulled up. Now you can roll the headlight assembly out of the car. Unscrew the black retaining ring around the light bulb. Unplug the electrical wires from back of old bulb. Reassemble in reverse. When putting the headlight assembly back in be sure to align the nylon pieces into the slots where the 2 clips go.

what you do is EASILY pull the hose and the retaining clip together ( like you are putting the hose back on the clip) when the hose is as far as it will go you have to squeeze the 2 white or grey retaining clip together. at the same time slowly slide the hose off. The headlight bulb easily changed. First you unplug the wires from the back of the bulb, they just pull off (this can be stiff but a screwdriver will lever it free). Then you will see a clip, squeeze the two ends of the clip together and pull it away from the fitting. Hang on to the clip, remove the bulb and put the new bulb into place, fix the clip back in by squeezing it together as before, then replace the rubber seal, finally, push the plug with the wires, on to the new bulb and you are good to go.

You can then remove the bulb and replace with a similar type. Check that you orient the bulb correctly. The lamb assembly has three slots the the bulb fits in for that purpose. Then rotate the retaining clip back into position and push down slightly to latch the free end back in place. Replace the rubber boot (from the bottom up) and ensure that the bulb's electrical connector is clear. Push the rubber socket back into the bulb's connector and you're good to go.
